Sales Advisors build open, friendly relationships with customers – on the phone and in person- answering questions, discussing financing, closing sales, collaborating with co-workers and more. While your ultimate responsibility is to sell cars, you’ll find that you accomplish this goal by providing outstanding customer service. Car sales experience is NOT required. College degree required, along with clear driving record.

The Operations Manager will manage the DMV process and overall administration team as well as act as the go-to-person by being cross trained in all areas of the dealership operations. You will also partner with and support our sales teams by implementing processes that create a culture of teamwork, quality, ownership, and accountability. You’ll need 3 to 5 years of management experience with an emphasis on project management skills. Supervisory background in industries like retail, wireless, call center, hospitality and rent-to-own preferred. Vehicle title experience and college degree required. Car sales experience NOT required.
