I interned here over the summer and during my last semester at ASU. The company culture was like nothing I’d ever experienced, and I’ve had my share of jobs. The quality of work people put forth is really incredible. When I considered working for other companies, I felt spoiled having been with DriveTime—I really wanted to be brought on board here, and I let them know that. Luckily, they were happy with what I did as an intern and thought I’d bring value to the company, so they ended up creating a new position for me. They had done that for my boss years ago, too, and he went on to do impressive things. He’s my mentor now; it’s great to work under him.
