The advancement opportunities are a big part of what makes DriveTime such a unique place to work. I started here in 1999 as a part time Office Coordinator – it was really just a weekend job while I was in school. I started working full time, and the support and feedback and training they offered helped me move up the ladder. I worked as a Senior Office Coordinator, then at the regional level, and now I hold a position as a National Operations Manager. If you have goals in mind, this is an organization that gives you what you need to reach them.
But it’s really the people that make DriveTime unique. You can always get candid feedback, and talk through situations, and even try and fail at some things. Knowing I have this support system of people who believe in me has been priceless.
I’m continuing to further my education, and they have really made efforts toward flexibility with my schedule. --Knowing how they support me and that they’re willing to be so flexible with my schedule means a lot.
