I started with DriveTime nine years ago—I was actually painting cars in a company DriveTime purchased. Right away, they moved me to the front, selling cars as a Sales Associate. Within a year I became Assistant Manager, then worked my way up to Sales Manager and then General Manager, where I ran the #1 store in the company in 2005. Today I’m a Retail Strategist. If you take the initiative, this is a place where you really can learn new things and move up the chain.
