I came on board nine years ago in IT, and one of the biggest things I noticed was that the people are open, easy to talk to and always willing to help. I could go to the senior IT people who trained me, even months after my training was done, and ask them questions—their doors were always open to me.
Another thing about DriveTime is they have good people in management—the kind of people you can count on to support you. The company does things like buy lunch for the whole building, or arrange gatherings to get everybody together. The culture here really is fantastic.
