The thing I noticed right away at DriveTime is that the technicians are really willing to help each other out. We all come from different backgrounds, and we know different auto makers and different cars. It’s a great environment.
I also like the benefits here, and especially the hours. As a technician, I was used to working very long days—sometimes 12-hour shifts, but that’s not how it is at DriveTime. Here we’re hourly, and I usually work from 7 to 4, and I have time left in the day to be with my family. That’s important to me.
