The details:

• As a DriveTime Sales Associate, you'll act as an ambassador to our customers by listening to their needs, finding solutions, and making sure everyone has a positive experience.
• Our Sales Associates enjoy a balanced work week, and you are always off on Sundays.

The requirements:

• Retail or customer service experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent (college ideal!).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Motivated and independent with the ability to set and meet goals.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with customers, managers and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner.
• English/Spanish language skills a PLUS.
• Must be over 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• A combination of experience and education that is equivalent to the requirements above will also be considered.
• Last but not least, you’ll definitely need a clean driving record, and to pass a drug test and a background check.

The rewards:

• Average first year commissions: $45 - $50K.
• 8 weeks paid training for $500/week.
• After training, Sales Associates are paid straight commissions - with NO limits!
