TERMS OF CREDIT
The terms of any credit or financing include term (how long you make payments), payment (biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly), required down payment (minimum amount we require from you at the time of sale to purchase and finance a vehicle from us) and APR (interest rate). Your credit status will affect the term, payment, required down payment and/or APR of any credit or financing we offer to you. For example, your credit status will affect what APR you qualify for or whether you qualify for a zero down payment.

INVENTORY
We maintain a large inventory of several vehicle types. Inventory may vary by dealership and supplies of certain vehicle types may be limited—especially premium vehicles. We will have fewer premium vehicles than non-premium vehicles at our dealerships. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. If you are unable to locate the vehicle of your choice at one of our dealerships, please inquire about the inventory that may be available at another DriveTime dealership in your metropolitan area. Vehicles pictured on this website may not be exactly as shown.

DRIVETIME CERTIFIED VEHICLES
DriveTime performs a Multi-point inspection on every vehicle it offers for sale. See a dealership for details on what we inspect. DriveTime's inspection is not a guarantee of the performance of the vehicle. How a vehicle is driven and maintained will affect how it performs.

EXPERIAN AUTOCHECK
We provide an Experian AutoCheck to every customer who purchases a vehicle from us. The Experian AutoCheck provides the purchaser with summary information on a vehicle, including a title check (identifies potential problems such as abandoned, damaged or salvage vehicles), problem check (identifies potential problems such as odometer issues, and frame, water or other major vehicle damage), a check for any odometer issues, general vehicle information and a vehicle history. The Experian AutoCheck is prepared based upon information from multiple sources. It is not always possible for Experian to obtain compete discrepancy information on all vehicles. Experian searches data from additional sources where possible but all discrepancies may not be reflected on the report. There may be discrepancies or issues that apply to a vehicle that are not listed on the Experian AutoCheck report. Experian believes its sources of information are accurate and reliable, but not all information may be complete or correct. No warranty or guarantee is provided with the Experian AutoCheck report, the report is provided on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis, and Experian and DriveTime EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE regarding any Experian AutoCheck report.

30 DAY APR BUY DOWN PROGRAM
We offer customers the opportunity to lower their APR after the sale. You simply make an additional payment within the first 30 days. How much you can lower your APR will depend upon the APR you qualify for at the time you purchase a vehicle from us and the amount of your additional payment. Your contract with us will explain this program to you in further detail.

CHAMPION PROGRAM OFFER
Our DT-Champ program applies to existing customers who have a remaining loan balance of $2,500 or less and have consistently made on-time payments with us. The DT-Champ program allows existing customers the opportunity to upgrade their vehicles with $0 down payment and a 14.9% interest rate. Other terms and the amount financed are subject to your credit status.
