Warranty

  1. 36-months/36,000-miles - major mechanical and other electrical components. We offer the most comprehensive coverage of anyone for our customer base on used vehicles.
  2. Items Covered
    • Climate Control - Compressor assembly, compressor clutch assembly, condenser, evaporator, heater core, orifice tube, electronic temperature control programmer, blower motor, blower motor resistor, expansion valve, receiver/dryer, and accumulator.
    • Drive Axles - All internally lubricated parts contained within the front and rear drive axle housing(s), including axles, bearings, drive shaft and u-joints. Housing(s), seals and gaskets are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated moving part.
    • Engine - All internally lubricated parts contained within the engine block or cylinder head(s). Internal or external electronic control units to include Engine Control Modules and Transmission Control Modules. The water pump, radiator, fuel pump, oil pump, timing chain and gears or timing belt & timing belt tensioner, electronic steering motors and hydraulic power steering pumps, electric cooling fan motor, alternator assembly and the starter motor/solenoid assembly.
    • Transmission - All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case or transfer case. Torque converter, vacuum modulator, internal or external electronic control units, overdrive units, internal shift fork, transmission cooling system. All internally lubricated parts located within the final drive housing. Axles and universal and constant velocity joints. Covers, pans, cases, seals, gaskets, and the final drive housing are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated moving part.
  3. Recommended Maintenance Schedule
    • Review your Owner's Manual and follow all manufacturer service recommendations.
    • Every 3,000 miles – change oil, filter, check & maintain coolant levels, check belts & hoses
    • Every 6,000 miles – rotate & balance tires, check brake linings
    • Every 12 months – have radiator and AC professionally serviced

Complimentary Oil Changes

  • Courtesy multi-point inspection
  • Install new oil filter
  • Replace up to 5 quarts of oil
  • Check fluids: Top off windshield washer fluid and power steering fluid
  • Lubricate chassis where possible
  • Check and inflate tires to proper pressure
  • Reset oil change indicator light where applicable

Roadside Assistance

  1. We partner with ERM/VAS (Emergency Roadside Marketing/Vehicle Admin Services) to provide the program.
  2. Up to 3 service calls per year up to $75 each.
  3. We provide service 24/7 nationwide for towing, lost keys/locked out, emergency tire service, battery boost, etc.
