Meet Our EmployeesMeet Briana Williams, an account representative in the Loan Servicing department at DriveTime.
The most interesting thing about my job at DriveTime is that we’re able to get one-on-one contact with the customer. I used to work in call centers where I never had that one-on-one contact. I think that's what separates us from the rest. I am in the Loan Servicing department. After a customer purchases a vehicle, we meet with them and give them their payment options and explain the benefits of being a part of DriveTime—such as the DT Champs program, and so on. Then we check the payments on the customer’s account and service the loan for the next 42 months. The most important quality needed to be successful in my position is that you must be a "people person." It’s important that you always have a good attitude, and if you’re self-motivated, then everything that you put your energy into will rub off on the customer and your teammates as well. |
