That’s what I love about this company. They don’t only help you to become a better collector—they want you to succeed and move up to management, if that’s what you want. They push you to educate yourself and keep yourself motivated.  

DriveTime isn’t like other companies. As a DriveTime collector, I have a variety of ways to help customers keep their accounts current and save their credit. At other agencies where I’ve worked, we couldn’t offer customers anything and the approach was "Pay or else." Here, it’s "Let me educate you about your options—let me see what I can do to help you out."

They push you to be healthier—or even a better person—by offering opportunities to do volunteer work through the company. I’ve been volunteering and it’s really changed my outlook on life.
