DriveTime was recently named one of the Top 20 “Great Places to Work” in Dallas. DriveTime has received similar recognition in Phoenix, Orlando, and Tampa.
Employees from DriveTime’s nine Dallas stores submitted anonymous surveys answering questions about job satisfaction, diversity initiatives, and human resources effectiveness as part of the nomination process.
“We’re working to create a very unique culture focused on making a difference for our employees and this recognition signifies we’re on the right track,” says Jon Ehlinger, DriveTime spokesperson. “But we still have a ways to go and we continue to strive to make the DriveTime experience a fulfilling one for all of our employees.”
DriveTime was most recently named a “Best Places to Work” in Phoenix and Orlando and an “Employer of Excellence” in Tampa.
