DriveTime, the largest used car sales and finance company in the country serving people with credit problems, announced that they filled two critical management-level positions. Tonsa Price-Edwards joined the company as Director of Retail Operations while Deborah Powell will serve as Director of Human Resources.

In her role, Ms. Price-Edwards will oversee loan processing, customer service, after-sale warranties, title operations and dealer operations. Previously, Ms. Price-Edwards served as Vice President of Customer Relations for Pulte Homes in Scottsdale and worked with the Dial Corporation for more than 10 years as Director of Customers Service and Director of Human Resources. She received her Bachelors degree from Wellesley College and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Price-Edwards is an avid runner and breast cancer survivor who actively supports the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Deborah Powell moved to Arizona from Delaware, where for seven years she served as executive vice president and chief administrative office for WSFA, a billion dollar bank serving Pennsylvania and Delaware. Over the course of her nearly 30-year career, Ms. Powell has worked in various human resources roles for a diverse group of organizations including the City of Detroit, CIGNA, The Limited, and the Huffy Corporation. Ms. Powell graduated from Wayne State University in 1978 and earned her Masters in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University in 1980. In 2005, she was certified as an Executive Coach from the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
