Everyone there was friendly
Everyone there was friendly, professional, courteous and they made the experience that more enjoyable. My salesperson was Elyse and she was awesome đź‘Ś. Would recommend family and friends to come to guys. Will be back.

BEST experience buying a car ever!
I can’t even begin to tell you the headache, my gf and I, have had with dealerships in the past few months. We finally found DriveTime in Tulsa and I would like to begin with this... Chad Campos is the person to see. Absolutely one of the most respectful, outgoing, personable salesmen you will find. He was literally there for US and not just the sale. He worked around every obstacle, doing the utmost to meet every aspect of what we wanted. Which is exactly what he found us, a vehicle that had EVERY little thing on our checklist, plus more. If you need a car, please go ask for him at DriveTime of Tulsa and get rid of the dealership hounds that only care about their commission. Secondly... DriveTime as a company is absolutely amazing! They handled everything immediately. There were some minor complications on my side and they wasted no time making sure to find a way to make it work for us! They could have easily turned us away, especially with our strict standards and needs for what we wanted. There was no hassling or negotiating, there was none of that “can you live without this or that?” It was a simple “We will get you what you want!” I’ve never been one to leave reviews but I can honestly say that this company and Chad, deserve every bit of the review I am writing. Please give them a chance if you are in the market for a vehicle! I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you too the entire staff and Chad that helped us get our family in a very nice and safe vehicle! We greatly appreciate it and will be returning for our next purchase!

ONLY do business with Gladstone location!!!
I have a 50/50 review that's for two different locations. Independence, MO location: I had an appointment all set up. I have a special drivers license situation at the moment. Upon informing them on this, they decided they didn't want to attempt to work with it and investigate further about the license. They were VERY literal in the paperwork. Proper customer service is to show your customers you care and are willing to do EVERYTHING to earn their business. I understand complications can take some time, but they were NOT busy. My wife and I were the only customers in there. After explaining the situation, the agent asked his manager again about it. It was very upsetting and aggravating that they didn't put ANY effort into at least looking into it. Especially, like I said, when they were not busy. I would not recommend that location as it shows very apparently the management is lazy, doesn't truly care to put any effort into their customers. I give them 5 negative starts if I could. Gladstone, MO location: I decided after the incident at the Independence location I would attempt Gladstone. I'm EXTREMELY glad that I did. Upon walking in customer service was excellent. ALL agents showed enthusiasm to my wife and I. Incredibly welcoming. At the moment, we were the only customers in there. After explaining my license situation, they made EFFORT into investigating the situation. At first they were telling us what Independence told us; HOWEVER, they made additional effort into checking everything out. They informed us everything was in the clear and I was good to go in further the process for a car. They were EXTREMELY nice, pleasant, and professional throughout the whole process. I immediately knew they were a blessing. They did not have to continue the investigation but we could tell they truly cared and were compassionate about the concern. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I'm giving 4 stars ONLY because everyone can improve somewhere, so I'm not a 5 star type of reviewer. Thank you to Gladstone DriveTime for being so professional, courteous, genuine, and appreciative of your customers. I LOVE my car!!! You saved us in a time we were very stressed out about having 1 car for 2 employed spouses and a 30 minute commute for one. Uber was going to get very expensive real quick. We appreciate you beyond the galaxy Gladstone DriveTime!!! Happy Holidays to you gentlemen!
