Not only did I have a great customer…
Not only did I have a great customer service when I bought my car. I am having issues with my car right now. I called the bank and ask them if there was a program to help me pay for the repairs. They got me in touch with drive time customer solutions. They found out I have a factory warranty still active on the car because it’s environmental issue. I am now in touch with a dealer. They are going to find out if it is what it is and if it is the factory warranty will cover it for free. I’ve never known anybody to help try to fix somebody’s car so they don’t have to fork out $2000. I guess it’s just what location you go to depends on your customer service
